- Two Microsoft 365 Business Standard mailboxes on your existing domain

- Calendar booking embed (Microsoft Bookings, Google Calendar, or similar)
- One business day priority response time
A 90-day written cancellation notice is required. Domain registration not included — client provides their own domain.
How Change Requests Work
On Managed and Pro packages, ongoing updates are billed in time — not in count. A small typo fix does not eat the same budget as a full page rewrite.
Minor (up to 15 min)
Swap an image, update a phone number, fix a typo, add a testimonial, change business hours.
Standard (up to 30 min)
Rewrite a section of copy, add or replace a content block, swap a hero image with new alt text, update a form field.
Major (up to 60 min)
Build a new section on an existing page, rework a page layout, integrate a new third-party embed.
Anything beyond 60 minutes, or work that adds new pages, restructures navigation, or changes visual identity, is quoted as a separate project. Changes are submitted by email and acknowledged within the package SLA. Time is tracked and reported monthly.
Terms & Conditions Summary
- All packages are billed monthly. A 90-day written cancellation notice is required. Service continues and is billable through the notice period.
- Upon cancellation, the client receives a full export of the site code as-is. Migration assistance is available as an add-on.
- Generic privacy and terms of service templates are provided as a starting point only. The client is responsible for having these reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
- Microsoft 365 mailboxes are provisioned through The KAB Group's CSP partnership. The client retains ownership of their domain at all times.
- Change credits do not stack indefinitely and follow the rollover caps stated for each package. Unused credits do not refund or convert to cash.
- Build phase includes two rounds of revisions before final sign-off. Additional revision rounds are billable at the content writing rate.
